Recorded at Black Gates on the weeke of the Leinster Towns Cup final, host Rob Murphy visited the club and spoke with head coach Bernard Jackman and two players who were involved with the 2008 side that lost out to Navan, namely captain Frank Murphy and full back Will O'Brien.

The Towns Cup buzz in Tullow has reached a feverish state with car flags and posters up and the club a hive of activity. To add to the excitment their seconds and thirds were also training Tuesday night ahead of their own big cup games.
