The Munster Junior League season saw Richmond crowned champions and subsequently book their place in the All Ireland league thanks to a play off win over Clonakility. Host Rob Murphy is joined by KnockOn.ie's Munster Junior league man Stephen Collins to review the season and look at all the clubs with who made headlines during the campaign including Kanturk, Kilfeacle, Skibbereen. They also look ahead to next season to discuss a new look division that will include three new Cork sides Muskerry and Mallow promoted from Division 2 and Clonakility coming down from the AIL.

In a week when the IRFU launched their blueprint for sustainable clubs, we have decided to re-run our interview with former, Skerries, Leinster and Irish second row Jim Glennon who spoke to us about the future of club rugby back at the start of this season. Rob Murphy caught up with the Irish sports council member at the launch of the Claremooris RFC pitch fund launch in Mayo.

First of all we spoke to Leinster Juniors Head Coach Dave Mahon to get his thoughts on the 38-6 win for Tullamore RFC over Longford RFC which completed a clean sweep of trophies.

We then spoke to the ever present Tullamore scrum half Richie Hughes before catching up with Longford Forwards coach Niall Moran.

Finally we chatted to Tullamore RFC manager Tom Moloney and one of their two coaches John Moylan.

In advance of Sunday's Provincial Towns Cup final between Longford and Tullamore in Edenderry, Rob Murphy and regular pundit Dave Mahon look ahead to the 2013 final with Tullamore looking to end a run of three defeats in finals and Longford looking for a first ever title and a major upset.

We caught up with long serving Connemara scrum half David Keogh after the club's 29-13 home loss to Sligo on Saturday. It keeps them bottom of the Ulster Bank League Division 2b without a point and very much facing the possibility of an end of All Ireland league rugby after 12 seasons.

On Sunday last KnockOn.ie watched St Mary's of Limerick beat Cobh Pirates 14-10 in the Munster Junior League. Afterwards we sat down with club president Anthony McNamara and Vice President Jim O'Dwyer to discuss the development of rugby in the St Mary's parish of Limerick city.

Kanturk RFC are a club in the north east of Cork with a strong youth set up a large reach in the Duhallow region and a rich history of existence in a proud sporting landscape. We caught up with club chairman Mick Breen at their All Ireland Cup clash with Westport in late October.

After Kanturk's 35-7 victory over Westport in the All Ireland Cup last weekend we spoke to Director of Rugby at the club and manager of the Munster Juniors Tony Daly about the game and the prospects for the rest of the season.
